Tarnung alle Waffen - Camouflage of All Weapons. This 1944 dated picture book was originally the companion manual for the glass slide series for the education of the German soldiers in camouflage, but was also available for use by itself for troop education. Most pages have pictures on the right page and captions on the left, with some having other arrangements. There are 219 pictures with captions to explain camouflage for the men, equipment, vehicles, and housing, in both summer of winter. This manual is labeled "For Service Use Only" on the cover, and marked inside "This is a secret article. Misuse is punishable." The Germans obviously took good camouflage very seriously.
