Schießausbildung im Ersatzheer - Shooting Instruction in the Replacement Army. A 42 page manual with the updated details for teaching the recruits how to shoot the rifle, light M.G. and heavy M.G. This is not really a stand alone book, as it was meant to update the existing shooting book (H. Dv. 240) and was to replace the existing Appendix 2 of the "master book" H. Dv. 1a.. 8.5" H. x 5.5" W. It has the more "modern" (1943) stardards for conducting shooting exercises, school shooting exercises, and combat exercises.
